Referral Program

Our referral program offers two pathways for referral submission and reward, each designed to benefit both potential student-athletes and non-Thomas Academy individuals.

Pathway One: Potential student-athletes can earn a referral fee that directly reduces their tuition costs upon enrollment at The Thomas Academy. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring student-athletes to receive financial assistance while pursuing their academic and athletic goals.

Pathway Two: Non-Thomas Academy individuals, including alumni, partners, vendors, customers, and fans, can become referral sources and receive a referral fee directly. This presents an excellent opportunity to boost income for anyone interested in referring talented individuals to our academy.

Pathway One- Potential student-athletes in need of tuition assistance and their referrals must complete the following:

1. Sponsor referral form at this link
2. Referrals must enroll in the Thomas Academy by applying for admission here
3. Once referral(s) have been accepted into the Thomas Academy, a $7,550 discount will be applied to the potential student-athlete’s tuition cost

*Sponsors may refer multiple student-athletes to receive additional reduction in tuition

Pathway Two- All non-Thomas Academy student-athletes including employees, alumni, contractors, scouts, and fans and their referrals must complete the following:

1. Sponsor referral form at this link
2. Referrals must enroll in the Thomas Academy by applying for admission here
3. Once referral(s) have been accepted into the Thomas Academy, a $7,550 will be paid to the referral source directly.

*Sponsors may refer multiple student-athletes to receive additional referral fees

WHO’S ELIGIBLE FOR REWARDS?

All Thomas Academy employees, students, alumni, partners, vendors, customers, and fans are eligible for rewards and are encouraged to refer talent into the Academy.

WHAT’S THE BEST TIME TO SEND REFERRALS?

Referrals can be made at any point prior to a student athletes enrollment.

WHEN ARE SPONSORS ELIGIBLE FOR REWARDS?

• For Pathway One, rewards will be applied as a tuition reduction for potential student-athletes. The specific discount amount will be clearly communicated between the student and the Academy.
• For Pathway Two, rewards will be paid directly to the referral source via electronic bank transfer within 30 days of the referred student’s successful enrollment and full tuition payment.

No, only the first person to recommend the student athlete will receive the referral fee.

*Sponsor is defined as any (TA) employee, alumni, partners, vendors, contractors, customers, and fan who refers talent into the Academy.
